Job Description:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including employee recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, benefits support, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and provide guidance and support.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits options and enrollment processes.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
Experience with employee relations and performance management.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
