9K a year A HVAC Service Technician is responsible for setting up, repairing, diagnosis, trouble shooting and the maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for an organization or its customers.

$3,000 sign on bonus TGO offers a competitive hourly rate, benefits, 401k with a company match, paid time off, 7 paid Holidays Responsible for servicing and repairing all types of HVAC equipment Responsible for reading blueprints in order to diagnosis, troubleshoot, analyze and locate the malfunction on the HVAC Unit Be able to replace the defective or worn parts and then make any necessary adjustments Provide suggestions for increased energy efficiency and setting controls to determine that a system is working properly Install and / or assist in the installation of HVAC equipment when needed Responsible for meeting the customer's needs and providing excellent positive customer service Responsible for meeting quarterly goals Customer focused to provide positive experiences Minimum (2) years of service experience in the HVAC industry CFC/EPA Certificate required NATE Certified is preferred but not required Need to have a good driving record, with no more than 2 points on your license Ability to have good communication skills used for both the customer and co-workers Must be Self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision Must be a team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic Willing to cross train others Must be flexible with work hours, will be responsible to be part of an On Call rotation.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
