We are currently looking for a talented team player to assist our Senior Account Executives with their daily tasks as well as provide additional support for other office personnel with billing, filing, data entry, etc.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, courteous, and efficient manner Sort, match, and input daily postage records and gain an understanding of the shipping system.
Expertise in Excel for the purposes of monthly billing to clients and manipulating excel files with order information to be uploaded to OMS.
Work in OMS to set up kits, inventory, and details regarding the job.
Assist in setting up jobs in production & inspect the jobs as they are being processed.
Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update when necessary.
General
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Positive and upbeat attitude.
