The Mayor and Council of Federalsburg are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Town Manager of the Town of Federalsburg.
The Federalsburg Town Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the affairs of the Town in accordance with State, County, and Town laws, regulations, and policies as the Federalsburg Mayor and Council may adopt.
The Town Manager is the Town's top administrative officer performing professional, administrative, technical, and supervisory duties in working with the Mayor and Council.
The Town is looking for someone who has a working knowledge of municipal finance, budget management, personnel management, collective bargaining, and inter-governmental relations, and is results oriented, has a great attitude, a passion for public service, and wants to work in a team environment.
Minimum
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in public or business administration or related field is preferred.
A Master's Degree in related field highly desirable.
Two years ofprogressively responsible experience as a Town Administrator, Town Manager, orAdministrative Assistant.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
